Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a leading healthcare business in their search for a Recruitment coordinator to join them on 1 month temporary basis to start immediately.
Working alongside a team of Recruitment Managers you will manage the full recruitment life cycle ensuring that my client hire the best people, whilst giving them an unrivalled candidate experience.
You will be going though cv applications, calling candidates, booking assessment centres and then following up with feedback. This is high volume recruitment and you must have a proven background in a similar background, ideally recruiting for hourly paid staff. You will also need to have strong administrative skills in order to complete the necessary checks and paperwork.
Main duties –
Source and attract candidates from a variety of channels and screen inbound applications.
Booking slots on assessment centres
Pull together job adverts
Do initial candidate screening.
Help build and promote an enviable employer brand including support with social media accounts and events that attract a diverse set of candidates.
Following up with candidates to give them feedback following assessment centres.
Experience of recruiting for high volume positions is essential with a good understanding of the role requirements.
Ideally, experience in an internal recruitment role but experienced sales/customer service focused candidates who have been involved in recruiting for high volume teams will also be considered.
Excellent IT skills, including but not limited to MS Office, ATS and HRIS systems.
You must have run regular assessment centres.
Proven experience dealing successfully with ambiguity or changing priorities.
A highly organised individual who can manage a jam-packed calendar.
A self-starter, with minimal oversight needed to complete assignments and a proactive approach.
