Your new company
We are currently working with an exciting organisation based in South Oxfordshire. They are currently looking to hire a HR Advisor to join their small, hardworking team. An excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilise their advisory skills and get involved with some exiting projects.
Your new role
You will support the HR Manager with the day to day running of the function, liaising with managers nationwide. You will lead on TUPE processes, advising managers on all best practise and policy. You will also have responsibility for holding capability and other disciplinary meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have previously operated at a similar level. Handling TUPE processes would be an advantage to this role. You will be a keen team player and have the ability prioritise a busy workload.
