HR Advisor - Liverpool
A permanent opportunity for a HR Advisor to work for a professional services firm in Liverpool. There is hybrid working available and we would be looking for occasional travel to the Manchester office and the Leeds office. ( this is ad hoc )
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to have proven experience across employee relationships and HR projects. It is working for a busy team in which you would be able to get involved in different work experience and work in a small but collaborative team. Ideally the HR Advisor will have proven HR generalist experience and have a good understanding of employment legislation. You will have direct experience of advising on performance, grievances, absence management and general employee relations issues. Ideally you will be either part qualified or full CIPD.
Duties:
- ER - performance management, absence management, restructuring and employment termination
- Local facilitation of salary review processes, application and interpretation of benefits, firm policies and terms and conditions
- Interpret exit interview analysis to identify areas of improvement and recommendations
- Involvement in HR projects and new initiatives
