Your new company
Joining a leading education provider in Oxfordshire, you will be part of a healthy sized HR team currently transitioning into a new service delivery model. The HR/People Partner will be responsible for translating the organisational strategy into the HR strategy and will work with senior managers and stakeholders to do so.
Your new role
You will work with your client group to create a plan that addresses Capability & Performance, Engagement & Motivation and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. In addition, you will ensure the wider people and culture strategy is embedded into your client group, working alongside a team of HR BP's who will all be delivering similar work to their client groups.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for MCIPD or Level 7 qualification OR extensive strategic HR Business Partner experience in order to be considered. You will be an excellent influencer and negotiator who can be a true HR expert to your stakeholders, so its essential that you have have recently been working at this level and can demonstrate lived experience to your stakeholders when it comes to handling current HR issues.
