Payroll Administrator - 12 month FTC - up to £40K - Chelmsford

I am working with a global financial services business who are in urgent need of a Payroll Administrator to join their UK payroll function.

Reporting in the UK Payroll Operations Manager you will be working closely with a team of 5 focusing on processing an outsourced payroll up to 6000 monthly working closely between HR & the payroll provider ensuring all data and payments are made accurately and on time.

To be considered successful for this assignment, the ideal candidate must have -
- proven ability of working with an outsourced payroll provider to make sure data is accurate and payment is made on time
- Enjoy liaising with HR to make sure HR & payrolls are accurate along with flexible benefits scheme
- Managing the payroll inbox in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct payroll audits as and when required
- Collate and check payroll data before sending to the payroll provider and dealing with any subsequent errors
