Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global FTSE organisation and are supporting them with their search for an Executive Reward Manager.
Reporting into the VP for Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Supporting with the yearly Remco and AGM, including preparing and drafting papers
* Working on salary benchmarking and bonus reviews
* Ensuring best practice is adhered to and keeping up to date with all regulatory and legislative requirements
* Designing and developing pay and bonus structures
* Work closely with senior stakeholders including the Remco chair and CFO
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in executive compensation and has ideally worked within a listed environment.
