Our Manufacturing client is recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their local HR Team after the Merger of another organisation. This is a permanent role and you will be joining a team of 3 other HR professionals.
Your new role
As a HR Business Partner, you will work strategically and operationally with the business to ensure HR support is provided to enable them to meet business aims and objectives.
You will be working closely with management, the role of the HRBP is to provide guidance and leadership cross a full spectrum of HR activities, including resource planning, recruitment and selection, talent management and succession, engagement, compensation, retention, reward and complex employee relations, in order to maximise individual and business performance.
Please note, this role requires you to be in the office full time.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must be CIPD level 5 qualified with previous experience in a HR Advisor/Business Partnering position.
What you'll get in return
