Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and joining a real recruitment 'dream team', these new roles will manage the delivery of experienced and inclusive hires, across the entire business.
You will drive employer branding and support on numerous projects, whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate / hiring-manager journey and, significant reduction in cost and time to hire.
Successful applicants MUST have solid RPO or Inhouse recruitment exeprience with exposure to roles at all levels of seniority, across a diverse group of business lines, coupled with strong resourcing and stakeholder engagement skills.
We are looking for passionate and motivated 'target smashers', with credibility, professionalism and a desire to succeed...
These roles are all hybrid / flexible working, with a couple of days per week in their plush Central London offices.
