Interim HR Assistant

The HR Assistant will join a large HR shared service team as part of a team of HR Assistants, working closely with the Resourcing, L&D and payroll functions. The role is busy, and will give you the chance to work with stakeholders at all levels. This role is for a 15 month fixed term contract. The role will be a blend of working from home and in the office with the team!

The role:
·Employee lifecycle and onboarding to include starters/leavers/contracts processes
·First line advice/guidance to management and staff in a wide range of general HR queries
·Maintaining HR & Payroll systems and employee data
·Support in ad hoc HR project work

The successful candidate will passionate about HR, eager to gain new experience, driven and motivated, and a people person! You will be a confident communicator, happy to work with people at all levels. Ideally you will be CIPD level 3, and have previous experience working within a busy HR function.
