Your new company
This large Public Sector company based in central Birmingham are looking for a specialist learning and development lead who also has prior experience with organisational design. The role will be mostly remote working with some travel to the central Birmingham branch for events and team meetings.
Your new role
This role will entail leading the deployment of the key learning programme which also includes stakeholder management, evaluation and reporting. You will be responsible for implementing the learning framework across the organisation, establishing L&D policies and practices along with supporting and leading the OD programmes and projects including culture change initiatives and talent management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent coaching skills and the ability to work effectively and build good strong relationships across the organisation. You will need to have excellent coaching skills be able to influence leaders and have experience of evaluating learning needs and developing effective L&D and performance improvement solutions.
