Were seeking an HR Advisor to join a busy HR department for a not for profit organisation across Dorset
As an HR Advisor you will be working for a not for profit care organisation operating across the Dorset region. You will be supporting an HR Manager with a full HR Generalist remit with focus elements including Employer relations case work and resourcing/recruitment.
Key Tasks : -
- A range of employer relations case work including sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance, investigations and dismissal.
- Support Managers and recruitment teams with recruitment activities. You will act as a main point of contact for managers and looking to develop effective HR/Recruitment approaches to attract the candidates to the organisation across sites.
Were seeking an HR Advisor ideally with a level 5 CIPD level qualification
experience in handling a volume of Employer relations case work including sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, dismissal.
Also ideally seeking some experience of Resourcing/recruitment in particular advising managers with effective recruitment / resourcing strategies
This role is offered on a temporary basis via Hays starting asap in September working through to the end of December but likely for extension and longer term opportunity.
You will be able to work from home in the main.. but potential to visit the HQ and sites occaisionally when needed so ideally based in Dorset.
