HR Administrator | Manchester City Centre | £11.58 per hour (Basic Hourly Rate) | Temp (Until December)


Your Company

An exciting opportunity to join a large, public sector organisation based in Manchester City Centre. They are currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator, until December minimum, to start immediately.

Your New Role

In your new role as HR Administrator your responsibility is to work as part of a team providing a full operational, administrative and first line advisory HR service to several faculties/departments across the organisation.

Within your new role, you will provide timely, accurate and consistent first line of advice to staff and managers on all HR policy matters, referring any complex issues to the Senior HR Administrator.

You will be responsible for tasks such as offer documentation, the creation, maintenance and updating of HR records, processing and recording changes during employment, termination processes, training administration and health and safety incident recording.

You will also take responsibility for the accurate and consistent operation of all administrative and operational HR processes throughout the employment life-cycle from recruitment administration through to terminations.

Within your role, you will deal with all HR queries via telephone, email and face to face.

What You'll Need

- Excellent Administrative and Customer Service skills
- CRM Systems Experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail matched with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT Skills - (Ability to use Microsoft Office packages efficiently)
- GCSEs in Maths and English grade C or above/equivalent experience
