Senior ER Manager
The senior ER Manager will be accountable for developing and managing the implementation of ER plans and managing stakeholders with the overall ER strategy. The Senior ER Manager will deal with employee relationships representatives and work in a unionised environment. The successful candidate will implement significant change programmes and deal with senior stakeholders across the division. We do require an individual who can design and implement employee relations policies for the business unit.
- Implement specific ER plans for the business area
- Provide advice on employment practises and employee consultations
- Work with internal colleagues across the ER COE and the wider HR team
- Negotiate and work with trade unions
- Enable the business change
We are looking for a Senior ER Manager who has strong commercial and business acumen who has brilliant leadership capability and can work well in a changing environment.
