Due to growth, they are recruiting an HR Reward Associate to join and support a busy Rewards Team in their wider Group People Services Team. The role is varied across HR and payroll and would suit someone from an HR background. The role is based in Rochdale and offers excellent benefits and progression opportunities.
The key responsibilities for the HR Reward Associate are completing HR admin and payroll admin across the group, onboarding new starters, maintaining personnel records, obtaining compliance documentation and right to works, producing offer letters and contracts to new starters, completing reference checks, processing all changes on the system, assisting with queries from employees, collation of time and attendance data for payroll, monitoring sickness and absence data, pension administration and assisting with payroll reporting. The role is based in Rochdale.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Previous experience in HR related role desirable
- computer literacy with MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
- high level of attention to detail
- strong administration and organisation skills
- ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
