A global asset manager currently have a need for a Recruiter on a 6 month interim basis.

As part of a small talent acquisition team this role will take ownership for the end to end recruitment process for hires across London and parts of Europe.

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional client service and candidate experiences throughout the full life cycle of recruiting
  • Work with hiring managers in all geographies to scope the intended role, draft job descriptions, liaise with agencies where appropriate and determine the selection process
  • Identify direct sourcing opportunities where possible
  • Build close relationships internally and externally
  • Provide support as a recruitment expert to line managers, delivering efficient processes, benchmarking and offer management
  • Influence hiring managers on the importance of Diversity in the Recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Solid tenure as an in-house recruiter within an asset / investment management ideally
  • Strong consultative approach with a demonstrated ability act in an advisory capacity to the business function and effectively influence senior level business partners
  • Ability to provide an excellent candidate experience
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment
