Job Details
Key Responsibilities include:
- Implementation of the regulatory requirements for Remuneration Systems under IVV):
- Managing the global compensation reviews and ensuring compliance with specific requirements of the German Banking Act and IVV
- Identifying Material Risk Takers in line with the IVV/RTS
- Understanding and applying deferred compensation systems
- Preparing materials for the Remuneration Committee and Board Meetings
- Responsible for Remuneration Reports and Remuneration Policy
- Conducting Market Benchmark Analysis with external vendors
- Disclosure Management and Regulator Notification
- EMEA and global stakeholder management across the compensation team
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:
Essential
- Professional Working Experience in Compensation Management and HR in a (foreign-) Bank, international Financial Institution, international Audit Company or an international Compensation Consultancy
- Strong understanding and practical experience of the regulatory requirements for HR in a Bafin-licensed Financial Institution (EBA Guidelines, CRD, RTS, German Banking Act, IVV, MaRisk, MaComp
