You will support and assist the development of the provision of a high quality and efficient Resourcing & Talent Management service to all Departments within the Council and external customers who contract the service. This will involve supporting and providing advice in relation to the Redeployment and Talent Pool provision, ensuring staff are placed at "Risk" where required, notice letters issued, and associated payroll work managed.
