Job Details
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day support of Workday
* Work as part of the HR Systems team to implement new Workday modules and features
* Support HR with the creation of new reports / changes to existing reports
* Fulfilling data requests for Workday and other HR data sources
* Liaise closely with the IT Business Analyst team who will gather the requirements for Workday changes
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
* A minimum of 2 Years Workday (or similar HR systems) experience
* Strong data analysis skills essential as the role will involve being part of project team looking at HR data
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience managing and delivering reports, reporting dashboards or similar
