The Council has high expectations for the future and is working with local partners and local communities to ensure we deliver our exciting ambition for what the Borough will be like by 2050.

Your new role

This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the internal Talent Management of the organisation, assisting the HR Consultant and the HR Service Manager in ensuring that all Resourcing & Talent Management requirements are processed in an efficient, effective and timely manner with minimum supervision and within the context of priorities of the HR service.

You will support and assist the development of the provision of a high quality and efficient Resourcing & Talent Management service to all Departments within the Council and external customers who contract the service. This will involve supporting and providing advice in relation to the Redeployment and Talent Pool provision, ensuring staff are placed at "Risk" where required, notice letters issued, and associated payroll work managed.
