Job Details
- To support the Remuneration and Regulation team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- To support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review for all entities - EMEA
- To support the delivery of the activities of the Remuneration and Regulations team
- Support the annual salary reviews
- Administer the annual salary benchmarking review across all EMEA entities
- Deliver accurate modelling supporting any re-design in light of regulatory requirements.
- Production of accurate and timely reporting for Remuneration & Regulatory team
- Support the Regulation and Governance Manager with impact analysis, data gathering and implementation reward
- Updating HR management systems to maintain live MRT lists.
- Analyse and prepare data and reports for Boards and Committee
