My client, a high-growth Tech Scale Up is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the growing team to recruit across the Non-Tech teams.

The business are on a journey to revolutionise their industry, and have become market leaders in their field. This role will join the business at a key stage of its growth and will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver on hiring objectives and to build and define the strategy around Corporate Functions hiring.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

  • Recruiting at-pace in an ever-changing environment
  • Solid Corporate Functions recruitment toolkit
  • Excellent use of data and reporting
  • Stakeholder management
  • Recruiting project work - D&I/Employer Brand
  • A passion for working in a high-growth Tech business.
