An innovative and diverse SME Fintech is looking for an interim Talent & Learning Manager to build and shape their Talent and Learning agenda. They are looking for a talent specialist to conduct a talent review and to build development activities and succession plans, driving the learning agenda across the company. This is a great opportunity to utilise your experience to make a real impact on a successful and growing company!

Paying £70,000 to £80000, please also apply if you would prefer a day rate

Mainly remote working with the odd day in the office

Accountabilities

  • Developing the company wide Talent review, designing materials, processes and workshops
  • Running workshops and building up action plans based on the outcomes
  • Reviewing and updating Succession plans
  • Responsibility for Leadership and Management training programmes, making changes as and when necessary
  • Creating the Talent aspects of D&I such as mentoring

Skills & Experience

  • You will have significant Talent Management experience gained within Financial Services, Technology or a corporate commercial organisation
  • Prove experience delivering the Talent & Learning agenda in both small and large organisations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of designing and operating 9 box talent reviews and succession plans
  • You will have a 'hands on' approach with both strategic and operational experience
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage and take people on a journey
