Oakleaf Partnership are working with a market leading and rapidly growing energy supplier who have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join the business.
As the Reward Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Taking ownership of all reward processes including annual salary review, benchmarking and job levelling
* Managing the employee share options scheme
* Helping to develop the companies reward strategy
* Taking ownership for company benefits and managing benefits renewals
* Working on a variety of reward projects through the year
We are looking for an experience total reward professional who has worked across both compensation and benefits. We will consider experienced Reward Analysts looking to take the next step in their reward career.
