As Interim HR Project Manager you will be involved in various projects and BAU including; updating and implementing new policies and procedures, supporting with office moves, leading on a large culture change project, coaching and upskilling line managers on their HR abilities as well as working closely with the rest of the HR team on the day to day aspects of HR.
The successful candidate will have experience working within a Charity/Not for Profit environment, be available to start immediately or within a few weeks and have experience managing HR projects and change management.
On offer for the successful candidate is a 6 month contract, base salary of £40,000 + benefits, hybrid and very flexible working as well as the opportunity to work for an organisation that really does make a difference to peoples lives.
