Interim HR BP role - c. 12 months
Client Details
The client is a large Charity
Description
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for;
- Provide business partnering for c. 400 staff in the charity
- Lead on complex Employee Relations cases up to ET
- Management of a small team
- Coach, support and influence the team and senior leaders
- Facilitate and support on cultural change initiatives
- Maintain solid relationships with the Unions
- Ensure HR and People strategy is aligned to the organisations business strategy
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- CIPD L7
- Expert in Employment Law and dealing with ER casework
- People management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Positive mindset and able to facilitate culture change
- Able to start ASAP
