HR Co-ordinator - Enfield - £30-35,000 plus benefits
I am currently working with a commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. This role will initially be office based . You will be involved in the following:-
- Assist with all internal and external HR related enquiries or requests
- Sickness absence
- Recruitment - source candidates, perform reference checks, arrange interviews
- Contracts, starters and leavers
- Assist in performance management procedures
- Co-ordinate staff training sessions
- Gather payroll information
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- Proven experience of working at this level in a commercial organisation
- Great relationship builder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
