A new role for a dynamic HR Advisor to join a growing SME based in Poole, with remote working.

Your new company

The company are a multi-faceted digital design agency who are proud to provide their clients with creative solutions and support from their highly-skilled team.

Your new role

As HR Advisor, you will report to an experienced, supportive Operations Director based out of their Poole office, with the option for you to work remotely 2-3 days / week (more remote working / week could be considered too).

This is a brand new role due to the company expanding, with the organisation expecting to add 20+ staff across the business within the next 12 months. This is a true generalist HR Advisor role that will include:

- HR administration
- Interview support, staff inductions and on-boarding
- Improving / updating policies
- ER casework (led on cases), employment law advice
- L&D / training to support managers
- Health and safety
- Assisting with general HR queries

This position will also have the potential to develop as the business has ambitious plans to grow further in the next few years.

Working hours: 37.5 / week. Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm or 8.30am-5.30pm (45 minute lunch) and 8.30am-1pm on Fridays.

What you'll need to succeed

This position will suit a HR generalist looking for a varied role within a business at the forefront of their industry.

You must be CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum, but Level 5+ preferred) and have 3 years+ experience in a HR position or function, ideally stepping up from a HR Assistant / Officer / Coordinator role or having worked as a HR Advisor elsewhere.
