People Coordinator

Ashley Kate is delighted to be supporting our property client in their search for a Permanent People Coordinator to join them near Chelsea Bridge Wharf. This is a full time role with a salary of up to £30k.

This role will be office based for four days a week with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.

In this busy, fast paced role you will be responsible for co-ordinating recruitment activities, preparing and issuing new starter contracts, ensuring compliance around all the new starters from right to work checks to obtaining references.

You will organise company inductions, administer probation review processes, prepare leaver information, and update the HR system with leaver information and completing and recording exit interviews.

About you

·Solid previous administration experience gained.
·Excellent Excel experience - Essential.
·Ability to work at a fast pace and manage high volumes of work.
Credible, and comfortable in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders.
Keen to deliver exceptional customer service.
