Head of HR Operations
A genuinely unique and exciting opportunity is now available within a growing Fintech. They are looking for a highly skilled and capable Head of HR Operations that can be the engine room of HR and ensure a slick, best in class operational HR function for the business which will include everything along the employee lifecycle from an operations perspective.
The role will be responsible for running a first class HR Ops function, managing and motivating two team members, constantly improving processes and ways of working and both strategic and day to day operations.
To make the role a success candidates will need to bring some key experience, skills and very importantly attitude to the table. Firstly we are looking for candidates that have previously led a HR Ops function. You'll be a super Manager, possess highly numerate and data savvy skills. Good sense of humour, pragmatism and the ability to work in an exceedingly fast paced and constantly changing environment are critical.
