Head of HR Operations, 6 month FTC, up to £70k pa
Your new company
Large well established organisation which global leader in the construction sector. WFH 1/2 days per week.
Your new role
Great interim post leading a HR team to maximise the all round HR service delivery in a busy change environment. You will be improving the use of people analytics and the HRIS across the teams and organisation. Able to lead pay negotiations/review.
What you'll need to succeed
Great HR background with gravitas and creditability. Experience improving the use of people analytics and the HRIS across the teams and organisation. Able to lead pay negotiations/review.
