Senior Payroll Business Development Manager £50k/£60k + 20% bonus - Remote work

A fast growing UK Service Provider who specialise in the Contingent Workers Market seek an experiences and seasoned, technically astute Senior Payroll Business Development Manager to make an impact on their two business models.

Reporting into the Managing Director this is a newly created role looking after Employment Services and being a key figure in their Tech/Software products all relating to payroll.

This is a hugely exciting role that also offer full remote working.

Outsourced Payroll & Umbrella Services:

  • Lead business development including traditional sales and account management
  • Lead a team of 6 people
  • Ensure the coherent and effective sales processes, systems and people
  • Directly responsible for all business development and sales activities with existing and new clients
  • Be experienced in building solid client relationships
  • Develop key growth strategies and be responsible for their roll-out
  • Be a subject matter expert on payroll and the benefits of using an outsourced provider
  • Recruit, develop and lead a team to manage relationships across all industries and individuals
  • Be a key figure in all outsourced payroll and umbrella service strategy meetings

Tech/Software Products:

  • Be active in the development of new software products
  • Lead the execution of new sales
  • Participate heavily in the strategy of all products

Requirements:

  • Must have extensive Payroll/Umbrella Company services
  • Must have a strong knowledge base of UK payroll
  • Have a strong interest in building a business and to be the number one
  • Commercially minded
  • Strong IT skill set
  • Must have managed teams of 4 or more individuals
  • Strong team skill set and development of individuals
  • Be a confident decision maker
