You will be joining an employer of choice in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire to take ownership of the delivery of their Reward agenda and leading on projects as part of the reward transformation journey.
You will be delivering on the annual rewards cycle – leading on the pay review (unionised and non-unionised), benefit renewals, benchmarking etc and timely delivery of all statutory returns and reporting. Although you will have some administrative support from the People Services Team, you are not supported by a Reward Analyst so will need to be comfortable compiling and then analysing numbers to provide insight to support decision making.
In addition, your role is responsible for the proactive delivery of the reward transformation project – working with stakeholders across all disciplines and at all levels to ensure that the business offers a highly competitive reward strategy design to attract and retain the best talent in the organisation. You will have genuine influence on creating a reward offering that sets the business apart as an employer of choice. The programme will be underpinned by implementation of SAP Success Factors – previous experience of this, or a similar system is essential.
The organisation works fast, adapts quickly, and has an ongoing appetite for change – as a result you will need to be able to work on a highly varied workload, and switch quickly from operational and analytical tasks to more strategic and transformational agendas.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a purely Reward focused role and can demonstrate the versatility to deliver the annual reward cycle alongside a significant contribution to a large change programme.
