Our Technology Services client are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team immediately:
- Outside IR35 scope
- Fully remote working
- ASAP start date
- Until the end of this year
- Proven UK/Europe inhouse recruitment experience
- Previous technology and or Telcos recruitment experience preferable where you will have a proven track record in a range of Finance and HR direct hires across EMEA
You will need to be able to commit to a contract until the end of the year.
About the Role:
Our client is looking to hire an experienced individual to join their Talent Acquisition team as a Specialist until the end of the year. The successful candidate will support their European operation and lead the end to end hiring process, working alongside internal stakeholders to ensure the highest quality candidate experience.
You will need to be a highly motivated recruiter with current/recent in-house experience. You will need to confidently manage a variety of senior stakeholders, ensuring top talent is always acquired.
You will be expected to join the team in filling up roles in Finance & HR across Europe. Depending on demand, you may also be expected to support other corporate functions like HR, Procurement and possibly Legal.
