My international client is looking for a Lead Payroll Specialist / Payroll Specialist to join their business and become an integrated part of their team. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll for entities within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

*Monitoring of payroll inputs, reconciling payroll output reports,
*Reconcile benefit invoices vs payroll output, accrual balance analysis & updates
*This will include performing payroll tasks for countries that increasingly complex processing requirements
*Review work against existing checklists, audit reports run prior to processing payroll
*Dealing with any queries from staff and stakeholders
*Responsible for processing year end activities
*Collaborating with other team members on Payroll Projects
*A main point of contact for UK payroll queries
*Advise when needed on best practice on UK payroll governance, legal compliance

Key Requirements:

*Direct payroll experience in a multinational company
*Start to end knowledge in all aspects of UK payroll processing
*Payroll Professional Certification preferred
*The ability to advise the business and Senior Manager and able to handle complex issues and providing support to wider team
*Fluency in another European language ideal but no means essential (opportunity to work on other EMEA payroll)
