A business in Coventry are looking to recruit some Entry level Payroll Administrators
You will need a minimum of 12 months start to finish payroll to be considered
There is a structured path for subject to a successful probation
This will pay up to £23. 000 plus company benefits
With support from senior staff you will be
Processing start to finish payroll for an allocated amount of UK staff
Check input details to ensure accuracy prior to processing
Effectively administer processes used for processing starters, leaver, salary changes and permanent data adjustments.
Processing TAX , NI, , SSP ,SMP ,SPP ,ShPP , SAP
Data input for changes to bank details.
Execution of employee overpayment recovery process.
Processing of 3rd party payments supplementary pay runs and CHAPS payments
Ad hoc payroll duties as and when necessary.
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 12 months experience as a start to finish Payroll Administrator (not accounts asst./book-keeper
