A leading UK fashion brand are continuing their recent growth and looking to add a Recruitment Advisor to their team in Buckinghamshire for a minimum 12 month fixed-term contract.
The Recruitment Advisor will have experience recruiting high volumes either in-house or within a recruitment agency, ideally focused on warehouse operations and contact centre hiring.
This is not a prerequisite however so if you have recruited in other areas then please do not hesitate in applying.
The Recruitment Advisor will be report into a Recruitment Manager and be expected to help out on tasks such as organising interviews and giving detailed feedback to candidates in process.
You will have experience of sourcing, advertising effectively and successfully headhunting candidates for live roles using various methods. It will also be vital that this person maintains a strong talent pipeline to keep up to date with the many new vacancies that will come through via your stakeholders.
The candidate experience is of huge importance to this brand and this will be reflected by the way in which the Recruitment Advisor operates in the market, you will endeavour to be both a brand ambassador and someone that puts candidates first.
The Recruitment Advisor will also keep the candidate management system up to date and help to ensure that it runs smoothly and effectively.
You will also have the opportunity to attend careers fairs and speak to people about potential opportunities to come and work for the brand.
This role will require approx. 3 days a week in the office per week.
