An opportunity has arisen for two Interim ER Advisors to work for a leading and fast paced organisation with sites across the UK for a period of 3 months, possibly longer.
The purpose of this role is to provide a commercial and efficient ER service to the business, by supporting the management of ER cases through to closure including coaching managers, creating scripts, producing letters and all associated paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Prior experience of managing high volume and demanding employee relations cases
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*An ability to operate at pace
This role is offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 and a hybrid working pattern is in place of 2/3 days office (either South Cheshire or Bolton) and home. If you are interested in this role and have strong ER experience, please apply stating your availability to commence work.
