Interim Senior HR Business Partner - Birmingham
*This role does offer hybrid working with some time in the office and the remainder from home*
A great opportunity for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to join my client in Birmingham. The role is covering a maternity cover and will work closely with another Senior HR Business Partner in the group and be supported by a group of HR Advisors and HR Administrators. The Senior HR BP will be supporting a client group of 400 employees and will liaise with senior stakeholders across the group. We do need a HR professional who can take this team through a period of change due to a challenging period so we want an individual who wants a challenge for the next 8 to 12 months. The role will be a generalist role and will support across business planning, organisational development, recruitment and retention strategy.
- Line manage a team of Advisors and Administrators
- Lead on management of OD projects and supplier relationships
- Build capability across your client group with the management population
- Influence and negotiate with stakeholders and trade union colleagues
We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR professional and an individual who has strong end to end generalist experience and escalation of employee relations cases.
The office is based in Birmingham but the team are both working in the office and from home.
