Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Crewe/ Remote
Salary: £25,000 -£35,000

Macmillan Davies are delighted to be partnering with this leading telecommunications company in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support with high volume recruitment needs across the business.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and sit in the wider People team and will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a variety of roles such as contact centre, commercial and head office positions.

Key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist;

*Building talent pools for a variety of skillsets and managing recruitment campaigns
*Working with managers on the best practice interviewing and selection techniques, advising on the most appropriate and cost-effective sourcing methods and selection tools
*Direct sourcing, screening and sifting applicant CV's
*Managing vacancies end-to-end
*Working closely with Hiring Managers, People Partners and other internal stakeholders to understand their business areas and provide shortlists for their roles
*Delivering an engaging and positive candidate experience to all applicants, providing timely, professional, and constructive feedback at all stages of the process
*Developing innovative resourcing strategies to attract high calibre candidates

Agency and internal recruitment experience is welcomed, essential is the ability to handle high volume recruitment.

Key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist;

*Proven experience successfully recruiting in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment
*Experience of sourcing for roles, using job boards and boolean searches
*Experience of using LinkedIn to source candidates
*A strong communicator who can liaise at all levels within the business, managing stakeholder expectations.
*Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
*A willingness to contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives

This role is offered on a permanent basis to be worked 2-3 days onsite in Crewe.
