Macmillan Davies are looking to attract an experienced Internal Communications Manager for a well-known client, based out of their headquarters in the North West. Reporting into the HR Director and closely supporting the SLT, you will be responsible for the group's internal comms strategy in this multi-site organisation.

You will be responsible for:
*Leading and coordinating the execution of major internal communications activity
*Providing counsel on and guidance around specific sector and central function projects
*Leading internal communications for culture and behaviour change campaigns and initiatives using a multi-channel approach to reach multiple and diverse audiences
*Championing employee voice through informal and formal methods such as employee surveys, polls, focus groups, employee forums, consultative committees etc.
*Leading on and engaging with employee representative forums
*Using data and feedback for insight and improvement through tracking the performance of communications channels and campaigns
*Scripting notes for business updates for Senior leadership team and using individual's "tone of voice" when producing communications
*Heavily supporting and assisting the CEO, CFO and HRD in driving forward company objectives by following up expectations with the senior leadership team
*Coordinating, organising and attending SLT meetings

Your background:
*Experience of delivering effective internal communications and employee engagement campaigns for large, complex organisations, ideally within a mix of blue and white collar/unionised environment
*Understanding of how to influence perceptions and behaviours
*Experience of working with and advising C-suite and senior leaders in an organisation
*An excellent writer and speaker who is able to adapt their style, and who has an eye for detail and adherence to corporate tone of voice, brand and style
*Able to work at pace within a changing environment and adapt priorities as the business evolve
*Empathetic to different audiences and their challenges, and able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business
*As comfortable with working on strategy as deliver and able to work under pressure to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable with a level of ambiguity and constant change

My client is offering a salary c£55,000 + car/car allowance + excellent benefits package
