Due to an increase in workload, an Interim ER specialist is required for a minimum of 3 months to lead on all associated employee relations issues, specifically disciplinaries and grievances, performance management and capability. This includes ensuring the process is handled in a timely manner, supporting the process including investigations, hearings and appeals to ensure separation of steps.
Your previous experience in ensuring that D&G are dealt with in a timely manner and coordinating the process to ensure the quickest and best resolution is important. Hands on experience investigating, reporting and monitoring of processes is key to success. Responsible for the implementation of HR policies and practices in line with business KPI's around ER, you will also be responsible for supporting line managers with the implementation of the appropriate policies.
To be successful in this role you will need experience of managing high volume D&G up to tribunal level, coaching line managers and working in an ever-changing and sometimes demanding environment.
This role is offering a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 and a hybrid working pattern is in place of 2/3 days office (either South Cheshire or Bolton) and home. If you are interested in this opportunity and have strong ER experience, please apply stating your availability to commence work.
