A leading FTSE 250 international telecoms business located in Central London are due to expansion looking to hire an experience early careers recruiter.
The successful candidate will provide a dedicated support to the UK and Ireland client group and manage end to end talent and all associated activities, initiatives and programmes.
The role will involve Project management of strategic programme initiatives, stakeholder management, campus marketing and social media and University engagement.

You will also be expected to have a knowledge of:
*Knowledge and demonstrable experience of using recruitment systems
*Previous experience of working in a complex, matrix, global environment
*Demonstrated success of delivering change
*Knowledge of the UK academic system required, with preference for previous experience as part of a Global team
*Previous experience of end-to-end graduate recruitment cycle required (e.g. screening candidates, running Assessment Centres)
*Significant previous experience of managing data and production of reports
*Exceptional organisation skills
*Excellent time management skills
*High attention to detail
*Ability to communicate effectively with junior (e.g. students) and senior (e.g. Business
*Sponsors) stakeholders, in both a verbal and written format
*Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
*Ability to think strategically, whilst pro-actively delivering hands-on results for clients
