There is a need for a permanent Talent Acquisition Consultant for London paying a generous salary up to £45.000 on a basic
*The main function of the role is to support the recruitment function by engaging and delivering with all major stakeholders across their core business units which include Buildings, Infrastructure, Environment, Water and Head office roles.
*You will drive the recruitment activity by actively targeting passive candidates through targeted sourcing
*Working with stakeholders taking initial job description and person specifications then going out to market proactively using market knowledge and best practice to ensure roles are sourced effectively in line with the Talent team directives.
*You will manage a mix of high volume vacancies from entry level through to C level
What you will need:
*Proven experience in an In house or Internal recruitment function managing multiple stakeholders
*Direct sourcing across multiple channels
*Experience working with professional/corporate individuals
*Credible, able to influence and persuade
*Comfortable dealing with all major stakeholders
*A background in Building, Infrastructure or engineering is essential
