Henlee Resourcing is working with a highly commercial business based in Trowbridge to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a interim basis (initially 6 months, possibly to permanent).
You will join a talented HR function, in a business going through a period of significant change - supporting with a diverse range of employee relation duties, including high-volume case management across all subjects (disciplinary and grievance, absence management, whistle blowing, sexual and racial harassment, bullying etc), some will be complex and some you will manage through to Tribunal. You will also support on TUPE, MI reporting and maintaining and updating policies and procedures.
To hit the ground running, you must have strong employment law knowledge, with experience gained within a similar role. You will be used to dealing with high volumes of cases, be able to work at pace within a pressured and demanding environment, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills and have a good commercial acumen.
