I am working with a global organisation based in London who are on the search for a Compensation Analyst to join them for a 5 month FTC.
Key Responsibilties will include:
- Assisting with the annual salay and bonus review
- Compensation related activities such as salary benchmarking and job evaluation
- Gender Pay Gap reporting
- Providing a main point of contact service for technical issues relating to the HRIS
Ideal experience such as:
- Proven compensation experience
- Supported year end processes
- Advanced Excel skills
