Client Details
The client is a large corporate business in the West Midlands
Description
As Diversity and Inclusion Manager you will be responsible for;
- Contribute to the development of EDI strategy aligned to Group ambition
- Work with HR and Leadership teams to develop and deploy special inclusion projects, initiatives as defined by external best practice
- Pilot and lead on new and innovative educational and awareness programmes
- Budget management
- Manage relationship with external partners to ensure the group is ahead of best practice
- Support the awards and submissions agenda
- Partner with internal communications to ensure a consistent message is portrayed aligned with group ambition
- Track efforts and accomplishments reporting back to Directors as appropriate
- With with Employee Resource Groups coordinator to support global and regional activities
Profile
The successful candidate will be;
- Experience in HR
- Subject matter expert in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Project Management skills
- Budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and credible, able to influence and coach senior leaders
