The purpose of this role is to lead and manage EMEA and global benefits initiatives.

  • Lead the alignment of benefits strategy through stakeholder management and communication of key objectives and goals
  • Communication of Global Benefits strategy to internal stakeholders and employees to ensure understanding of benefits to drive employee engagement
  • Partner with the EMEA and Global well-being teams to support well-being intiatives and projects
  • Relationship Mangement with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Project Management of strategic benefits to drive employee engagement and consistency of use of benefits including healthcare benefits
  • Support and develop EMEA policies relevant to D&I strategy and expansion of benefits

Experience:

  • International Benefits experience in a similar corporate environment
