Currently searching for a Payroll & Reward Advisor to join a progressive company in an exciting period of growth. This permanent role will pay up to £45,000 per annum. The role of Payroll and Reward Advisor will be stand alone, as part of an HR Team, to manage the payroll and administer the benefits and rewards package.
Duties will include processing the monthly payroll including tax calculations, parental leave and holiday calculations, P11D's, working closely with ADP who are the third party provider, answering queries, create and manage MI, assist with annual pay & bonus review and engagement survey, support with HR Projects and manage the administration of pensions. You will oversee the benefits package including the day-to-day administration, contract renewals, rewards incentives and any occasional ad-hoc benefit tasks.
The successful candidate will have worked with ADP in a stand alone payroll role, managing everything end to end including manual calculations. You will have strong knowledge of UK tax, payroll and HR legislation, a high level of attention to detail is crucial for this role, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with confidential information.
