Description

The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Partner are working as part of a global people function, you'll be responsible for vacancy management and recruiting operations for specific businesses/functions within and across the group. You will own for the full recruitment lifecycle and support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion, with responsibility for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling and offer management. The role is based in Manchester.

Profile

The successful candidate will have/be:

• previous experience in a recruitment or sales environment
• proven experience managing multiple roles
• ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• excellent communication skills
• previous stakeholder/customer management
• self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
• enthusiasm for development

Job Offer
