A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a multinational consultancy firm; they are looking for Strategic Talent Consultants. These are senior positions with the business.
You will partner a service line ensuring the best people solutions are delivered to meet the strategic and operational imperatives of the business. Provide commercial people-related advice and guidance to leadership and management
They are specifically looking for someone who can deliver the following:
*Experience of a similar large matrix organisation in a similar sectors - Banking, Consultancy, PE, Big 4, Legal (not public sector/NHS/local gvt.)
*Experience of working in environment in profitable/ growth mode
*Hands on delivery role (i.e. not a global or head office role)
*Influential with senior leadership
*Led change management projects on various topics gaining buy in from leaders and business for change
*Driving D&I outcomes strong focus on accelerating female and BAME talent pipeline
*Attention to detail on key operational, cyclical activities - comfortable with using data analytics to make decisions
*Proven ability to influence at senior levels in the organisation, preferably in a professional services environment.
*Skilled at employment law, OD and change as it relates to TUPE, acquisitions, headcount management
*Demonstrates excellence in project and program management and Possesses leading edge knowledge of contemporary HR practices
*Experience of making a significant contribution to business decision making, strategic planning discussions and operational planning.
*Understands principles of coaching and talent management
*Requires approx 6+ years' experience in an HR role
*Professionally qualified. A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resource discipline is desirable
